Private development of an 8.5 acre site with 5 building pads. We provided all civil engineering work for the project, as well as land use planning and site permitting.
The project was initiated in December 2004 as a 'blank-slate'. Land use approval was accomplished within 6 months, with site development permits soon following; allowing the construction to commence in August of 2005.
The work required closed coordination with surveying, geotechnical, and architectural co-consultants; and a complete understanding of the permitting process to meet the time frame.

- Water main extension with supply & fire sprinkler services
- Strom sewer system
- Parking layout and grading
- Traffic analysis
- Driveway approach locations & street frontage improvements
